Peanutbutter CHocolate cookies

Chocolate Peanut Butter Cookies

I’m sure you’re peanut-buttered out by now, but there’s one more thing you have to try. Remember the peanut butter cookies? Well, if you enjoy pure cocoa, this cookie if for you. Starting with the peanut butter cookie base, roll the cookie dough ball in organic cocoa (nothing added). Place it on a cookie tray lined with parchment paper (the tray will hold 12 nicely). Using the traditional fork method, make a cross cross pattern on the cookie as you flatten it with a fork.

Bake at 235 for 13 minutes. Personally, I can only eat about half of one of these at a time, as the chocolate is really powerful. Again, if you love pure cocoa, this is sooo for you. Enjoy!
