Healthy Height Easy Doughnut Recipe

Alright, I need to know: Donut or Doughnut? I mean, spell check does give me the red underline when I type donut, but it’s such a popular spelling these days. Perhaps we shouldn’t worry about the spelling of doughnut, but instead focus on how cute these are. Healthy Height has sponsored this post, and we decided to celebrate National Doughnut Day in the best way possible 🙂

As I’ve shared before, Healthy Height shake mixes are a product designed to help children (of short stature) grow, and it was designed, developed, and tested by Pediatric Endocrinologists and Nutritionists in a pediatric hospital. They’ve even done clinical research on children ages 3 to 9 for effectiveness of their product. Now, as a parent, that’s what I love to see. No fly-by-night claims on a package, but a company that’s taken the time to show how effective their product is.

Allergy Status:

Wheat/Gluten Free, Egg Free, Soy Free, Nut Free, Peanut Free, Yeast Free, Sesame Free, Legume Free, Allium Free, Oat Free, Vegetarian

Healthy Height Shake Mixes do contain dairy, which is why we consider them to be “allergy friendly”. Interestingly, we talked with a lot of people online and have determined that the term allergy friendly is completely open to personal interpretation. Most people feel the term is unique to their personal needs, which I found so interesting. Around here, we use the term to describe a product that is free from at least 3 of the US top 8, OR perhaps top 8 free but not made in a dedicated facility. Essentially, it’s something for some, not all.

If you’re curious about the taste: our teenagers and adults in the home that can have dairy said these mixes are DELICIOUS.
