Organic Garlic Potato Bites Recipe
I know there are so many of you out there that are just like our family: real people that wake up late. On days like those, this is an awesome breakfast you can put together if you’re not a fan of cereal etc. Some evenings, I’ll plan for something like this and cut the potatoes ahead of time, thus making the morning even faster. This version of our breakfast potatoes may go down in history as one of the absolute best. The kids and The Papa went on and on with every bite about how delicious these potatoes were.

Garlic Parmesan Bites
I saw a little idea online, and knew that Kid Two HAD to try these. Interestingly, Follow Your Heart recently introduced a dairy free parmesan cheese which is way cool. Don’t get me wrong, we still love the Parma! brand that we’ve been using for quite some time and it has worked so well for us. In fact, it’s how I make everyone the chicken bites that are featured in our Everyday Meals cookbook. Kid Two said that these were really great, and the wheat/dairy eaters enjoyed their version as well. Since this is so yummy, lets jump into the recipe. I don’t want to keep you waiting any longer.

I’ve been experimenting with pizza a lot lately that can be made corn free. This time, I wanted to try to make a pizza crust all on my own. It wasn’t the best on the planet when you compare it to what’s commercially available, however, I felt it was a very solid attempt considering its free from status. Onion Garlic Mix – Awesome Prepping Recipe
I want to kick off the new year with something I’ve been using a lot lately. This mix is so yummy, and I love finding an excuse to use it.
Can I just say: I love our Weston chopper! It makes my life so much easier sometimes. Although the mission (if you choose to accept it) that you’re about to embark on is a going to take quite a while. However, be strong! When it’s all said and done, it will be delicious.
As you go through your culinary adventures, you’ll find that onion and garlic add so much flavor to so many different recipes, from all corners of the globe. What I like about making this in advance is that it’s always ready to go and I have convinced myself that I’m totally saving time (but I really am). As you get into your cooking groove, you’ll know how much you like onion and garlic and should adjust the amounts used to suit your needs.

Lamb Pizza with Chebe Crust Recipe
So last week, The Papa cleaned the garage. YAY! What does that have to do with pizza you ask? He bought some pizza (that I can’t eat), and it smelled amazing. I was super jealous. However, we’re all grown-ups here, so I decided to make my own.
Using Chebe as the crust, I made lamb, garlic, and mushroom pizza.
OK, so if you’re a fan of Chebe, this is for you. Personally, I don’t like the Brazilian style “gooey-ness” however, not going to lie, when push comes to shove, I’m totally there. Sometimes, I like to make the crust all by itself, and dip it in honey and pepper. I know, I’m strange….
