Amazing Crab Fried Rice Recipe

Corn Free crab dish

This is a really simple meal that comes together quickly. It has tones of fried rice and the crab brings in a level of elegance and buttery deliciousness. It’s also free from lots of allergens and safe for many to enjoy.

Allergy Status: Gluten/Wheat Free, Dairy Free, Egg Free, Soy Free, Nut Free, Peanut Free, Yeast Free, Legume Free, Sesame Free, Cane/Refined Sugar Free

Organic Orange Bell Pepper
Organic Yellow Bell Pepper
Organic Green Onion
Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Organic Cooked Rice
Crab Meat (used about 1/3 a pound)

Everything in this dish is really done to taste. Personally, I love to cook with green onion. Furthermore, I really enjoy how the house smells when I cook with them. Needless to say, I really pile them on. I prefer orange bell pepper to yellow bell pepper (maybe it’s a colorful issue) so I use more orange than yellow when creating dishes like these.

Dice your vegetables in the amounts that you would like, and saute them in a pan in olive oil, on medium heat. After about 5 minutes add the rice and crab meat and continue to mix it all together.

I added a little bit of salt to the whole mix, but I tried to let the veggies and crab do the talking on this one. Since this is a fried rice style dish, feel free to add in other ingredients such as petite peas, shredded carrots, sliced mushrooms, etc.
