
I wanted to make something quick and fun for the kids, and this was the result. Don’t blink, or you’ll miss it. This was a bit of a cherry milkshake, and Kid Three was in love with it, as he’s the biggest cherry fan in the house.
Allergy Status: Wheat/Gluten Free, Dairy Free, Egg Free, Soy Free, Nut Free, Peanut Free, Yeast Free, Cane/Refined Sugar Free, Sesame Free, Legume Free, Nightshade Free, Paleo, GAPs, AIP, Vegan, SCD Compatible
For SCD: Use Organic Date Sugar instead of Maple.
Ingredients:
3 Organic Bananas
1/3 cup Organic Maple Sugar
20 ounces Organic Frozen Cherries (about 3 cups)

Directions:
Place all of the ingredients in your blender/Vitamix, with the bananas on the bottom. Blend in your Vitamix and enjoyyyyy! Also feel free to reduce the amount of maple sugar. This was a treat, not breakfast smoothie. You could totally put some in popsicle molds for later too 🙂
