Here’s the last peach recipe I have to share with you. It’s a bittersweet moment. I was SO excited to put this together for the kids, and as we were plugging along, the ideas kept getting better until we ended up with Triple B Peaches. These are the not-paleo version of the peaches we shared yesterday. Hope you enjoy this as much as Kid Two did. I said to him, well? How are they???? He said, “I’m peachless, I mean, speechless.” It was so funny! They were so good, it’s all he could think of. He quickly gobbled them all up, and his poor little sister only received a small sample.

10.5 ounces Organic Peaches, sliced thin
4 TBSP Dairy Free Butter, divided
5 tsp Organic Light Brown Sugar
1/2 tsp Organic Balsamic Vinegar
2 pinches Sea Salt

After you’ve sliced your peaches, heat a large non-stick pan on medium heat (350), and add 2 Tablespoons of your butter. Once melted, add your peaches. After 7 minutes, add the sugar, salt, balsamic, and remaining 2 Tablespoons of butter. Allow it to cook for another 6 minutes. Be sure to stir and mix regularly to prevent burning. When the peaches have browned nicely, remove from heat and serve them with whatever you’re in the mood for. We all hope you’re in the mood for ice cream 🙂
